What if I don't know which plan to get?
You can start with the smallest plan and the upgrade it when you need more capabilities. You can upgrade (or downgrade) your account at anytime. All changes are immediately pro-rated. If you want to talk to someone to get a better idea of what your needs will be, send us a note: support@plugmob.com
How do I sign up?
Login or create an account at http://plugmob.com/login. To change your current plan, click on the ‘My Account’ section when you are logged in. You will be prompted for credit card information and you’re all set. You can change your plan at anytime.
What is a supporter?
A supporter is a person that connects one or more account to your campaign. For example, if someone follows your recruit link and connects their Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts, that will count as one recruit just as if they only connected their Twitter.
Can I upgrade at a later date?
Absolutely. Change your plan whenever you want with no need to talk to anyone. Just change your plan in the ‘My Account’ section and your bill for that month will automatically be pro-rated.
